Cape Cod homes carry character built over decades, from the shingled capes in Falmouth to the summer cottages in Chatham. Inside, walls pick up salt-air humidity, water stains from seasonal storms, and the wear that comes from rental traffic or year-round living. A fresh coat of paint is one of the fastest ways to transform a room, protect your walls, and add real value before a sale. The right prep and product choice make the difference between paint that chips in two years and a finish that holds for a decade.
At Coastal Premium Painting, every interior job starts with proper prep: filling nail holes, sanding imperfections, and priming bare spots so the finish coat bonds and covers evenly. We cover floors and furniture, work clean, and leave a job site the way we found it. When we are done, you tell us if something needs touching up, and we come back at no cost.

Interior Painting across the Cape
We are based in Falmouth and work in every Cape Cod town, plus Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Rhode Island.
Most homeowners on Cape Cod typically spend somewhere between $2 and $4 per square foot for interior painting, depending on ceiling height, the number of coats needed, trim complexity and surface condition. A single room can range from a few hundred dollars to over a thousand. The only way to get an accurate number for your home is a free estimate, which we provide with same-day response and no visit fee.
A single room typically takes one day. A full house interior can range from three to five days depending on square footage, the number of rooms, and how much prep the walls need. We give you a timeline before we start and keep you updated as the work moves forward.
No. We move and cover furniture as part of the job. If you have large or fragile pieces you prefer to handle yourself, let us know when we do the estimate and we will plan around them. Floors are covered before any paint goes on.
Let us know as early as possible, ideally before we purchase materials. If paint has already been bought and applied, there may be additional material costs. We will always tell you upfront if a change affects the quote before we proceed.
Yes. If something is not right after the job is done, we come back and fix it at no cost. We ask that you let us know within a reasonable time after completion so we can address any issues directly.
